Over the years, he has performed in several national and international stage productions in Hindi, Bhojpuri, and Bajjika languages, establishing himself as a versatile and committed theatre artist.

His major theatre works include Babasaheb Ambedkar, Kala Handi, Deemak Ke Daant, Ram Leela, Nasha, Jogira, Ek Sawaal, Ta Mein Ek Aitihas, Space, Khamosh Juloos, Kafan, Hirdesha, Hamlet, and Rani Durgavati. Through these productions, Firoz has portrayed a wide range of characters rooted in social, historical, and human realities. Alongside stage acting, he has also worked extensively in mime theatre, which further strengthened his command over body language and non-verbal expression.

In addition to theatre, Firoz Darwish has made a notable mark in short films. As an actor, he has appeared in Zero Stress, Paisa, and Chor, delivering impactful performances in significant roles. His short films have been officially screened at various national and international film festivals, including the 11th Khajuraho International Film Festival 2025, Amandar International Film Festival, Nepal Wings International Film Festival, Nagaland International Film Festival, Global Cine Award International Film Festival, and One Leaf International Film Festival. These selections reflect the growing recognition of his work on wider platforms.

Currently, Firoz Darwish is actively engaged in developing films based on new, original, and impactful stories. Academically, he completed his higher secondary education in Science and later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Arts.

With consistent practice, creative honesty, and a passion for learning, Firoz Darwish continues to build his presence as a sensitive and responsible artist in theatre and independent cinema.
